- The study mode is interactive, and it answers questions step-by-step. You can ask for more details at any time. The mode is multimodal, so you can also upload images. Additionally, ChatGPT can create a test preparation quiz for you.
- ChatGPT responds based on your specifications, depending on your subject area and learning level. For this, ChatGPT uses a memory function.
- The study mode is based on custom system instructions developed by OpenAI in collaboration with teachers, scientists, and education experts. According to OpenAI, it is designed to encourage active participation and self-reflection.
- The new study mode is available for Free, Plus, Pro, and Team users. It will be available in ChatGPT Edu in the next few weeks.
