📈 OpenBB presented an AI-powered Financial Analyst
OpenBB is developing an AI-powered financial analyst, equipped to handle tasks from knowledge retrieval to fully autonomous analysis. The system’s capabilities include answering financial queries using its training data, dynamically retrieving data not present in context, and executing complex workflows involving knowledge and data retrieval.
It aims to evolve into a fully autonomous analyst, generating hypotheses and modifying plans of action while reasoning and discussing topics. OpenBB’s goal is to empower the AI-powered financial analyst to perform all these functions autonomously. All these functionalities are implemented on the basis of the OpenBB platform (previously OpenBB SDK).

Wow, impressive work! In addition to the functionality of the AI-powered financial analyst, the agent architecture is especially interesting. OpenBB created “tools” that the agent understands and can use. In addition, they perform a task decomposition. You can see the architecture in the YouTube video or in the OpenBB blog article. The code is also open-source, so you can take a look at the Python project.

🤖 OpenAI’s GPT Store comes next week
OpenAI is preparing to launch the GPT Store next week, allowing users to share, discover, and profit from custom GPT creations, as announced in an email to developers. The GPT Store, originally planned for November, will feature a revenue-sharing model for creators to profit from their custom GPTs based on community usage. A leaderboard will display top GPTs, and OpenAI will highlight standout creations in different categories. Chats remain private, and users can keep GPTs internal.

This could be like an App Store moment for GPTs, just like Apple’s App Store for apps! The chance to make money with GPTs opens up a whole new world for creators. We can’t wait to see how the store evolves!
