Grok now replies to X users
X users can now publicly ask Grok, the AI chatbot of xAI, questions by mentioning the AI. Then, Grok answers the questions automatically. In addition, xAI introduced more features to the chatbot.
The details
- You can mention Grok in X posts, and Grok replies to these posts. Grok can respond in multiple languages, including English, Spanish, French, German, … .
- Now, Grok can provide real-time news on company fundamentals and generate comparative analyses between stocks. For example, try “Compare and analyze TSLA and AAPL’s recent performance” to see detailed real-time stock comparisons. - In addition, Grok can proofread and shorten your post drafts. These features are now available in the post menu. You can also choose different personalities to customize the writing style, such as a Scientist or Influencer.
Our thoughts
xAI is driving the integration of Grok on the X platform so that Grok has now become a big creator on X. Grok’s X account now has more than 1 million followers.
However, Grok has already made 140,000 posts and the number keeps growing every second as Grok continually replies to people. Grok floods X with AI answers. Whether this is good for the platform or not, we will see.
