🎨 Canva improves design with new AI features
Graphic design giant Canva has just released a major update that integrates several new AI features into its Magic Studio. Magic Media allows users to create new videos from text instructions, images, and videos. Magic Switch can swap formats, languages, and dimensions in a snap. It lets you convert your sheets into different types of documents. Besides, you can instantly reformat any design for multiple platforms.
Canva Shield provides security controls and indemnification for Creators that use AI. In this context, Canva has also launched the Creators Fund, which will distribute $200 million in content and AI royalties to creators and partners over the next three years. In addition, Canva creators can decide if their data should be used by Canva to train AI models or not. Creators who choose to do so will receive monthly AI royalties.

💬 LinkedIn releases new AI tools
LinkedIn has announced a set of new AI features for recruiting, learning, marketing, and sales. The platform owned by Microsoft uses OpenAI technology. The new generative AI search for recruiters enables natural language queries to find better candidates. A new AI chatbot will provide users with personalized advice and even course recommendations! We could assume that Microsoft would integrate AI into all products. LinkedIn, however, is primarily about people. It is unclear whether an AI search really finds better candidates.

🤖 Multimodal AI features with Bing
ChatGPT’s latest multimodal upgrades are available primarily to ChatGPT Plus users. But did you know that you can also use many features for free via Bing Chat?
